Returns & Exchanges Policy (Made-to-Order Items)
Because each item is made to order especially for you, we do not offer refunds.
We gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging or similarly protective packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
• Any items that show signs of wear or damage
• Customised or personalised items (unless faulty)

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or style isn’t available, we’ll make your order and expected delivery will be up to 4 weeks.
Store Credit
• Store credit will be issued via a digital gift card.
• Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
